Self-Heal Soulflower Essence: How It Works for Self-Care

Quick answer

Self-Heal Soulflower Essence supports responsibility and self-awareness. Use it daily by adding a few drops to water or applying to pulse points.

How to Use Self-Heal Soulflower Essence

1. Step 1: Prepare your space: Find a quiet moment. Hold the bottle in your non-dominant hand and set an intention for responsibility or self-awareness. Avoid multitasking—give this step your full attention.
2. Step 2: Add to water or pulse points: Place 2–3 drops in a glass of water or directly on your wrists, temples, or behind the ears. If using topically, dilute with a carrier oil if you have sensitive skin. Do not exceed 5 drops per dose; more does not mean stronger.
3. Step 3: Breathe and reflect: Take three slow breaths. Focus on the feeling of responsibility—whether toward yourself, others, or a specific situation. Notice any thoughts or emotions that arise. If you feel distracted, simply return to your breath without judgment.
4. Step 4: Repeat daily or as needed: Use once in the morning to set a responsible tone for the day, or before a challenging conversation to stay grounded. Consistency matters more than frequency—daily use builds the habit.
