I like that this is made from fresh flowers and leaves rather than dried, and the spring water base keeps it from being harsh. A few drops under my tongue about twenty minutes before I head out has become part of my morning routine.

This tincture uses certified biodynamic feverfew, which made me feel better about the sourcing. It’s been helping with my occasional headaches, though the alcohol taste is a bit strong for my liking.

I've been taking this feverfew tincture for about three weeks now, mostly during the spring when my head gets worse. The dropper makes it easy to dose, though the fresh herb flavor is pretty bitter and lingers a bit. It seems to be helping, so I'll keep going with it.
